2039 ORD AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO 1710 AND CHANGING BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY ESTABLIHSING GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) FIRE LIMITS ON LOT 1 CITY BLOCK 226B ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO ED THOMASORDINANCE NO. 2039 , AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TFXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES FS- TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), FIRE LIMITS, ON LOT l, CITY BLOCK 226B, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO ED THOMAS, SO AS TO IN- CLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DFSIQVATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDA- RIES OF THE GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), FIRE LIMITS, SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS : Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a General Retail District (GR), Fire Limits, be, and the same is hereby established on Lot l, City Block 226B, on property be- longing to Ed Thomas, so as to include in such General Retail District (GR), Fire Limits, the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said General Retail District (GR), Fire Limits, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot 1, City Block 226B. Section 2. That the City_Ehgineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions o.f this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme- diately upon passage. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in regular session convened in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 9th day of August, 1971. W.
