EFFFCTIVE DATE OF AUGUST 28, 1971.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXP,S:
Section 1. That the Code of Ordinatto Chapter 12,
Paris be amended by addin9 the following sections
as follows :
"Section Definition of mobile service unit.
A mobile service unit is a vehicle, a tank truck
or other mobile device from which flammable liquids
used as motor fuels may, as an act of retail sale, be
dispensed into the fuel tank of a motor vehicle.
Section Operating mobile service unit
prohibited.
No person shall operate a mobile service unit
within the corporate limits of the City of Pazis."
Section 2. Any person vio lating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon con-
viction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed Two Hundred
($200.00) Dollars.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
August 28, 1971.
