AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES FS-
TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING A
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOT 10, CITY BLOCK 266, ON PROPERTY
BELONGING TO TRAVIS GRAYSON (FORMERLY BFLONGING TO LONNIE
ABELS SO AS TO INCLUDE THAZEIN TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS A
ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE
BOUNDARIFS OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PAR I S , TExAS :
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City o.f Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, an d the same are hereby changed, and that a
Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established
on Lot 10, City Block 266, on property belonging to Travis
Grayson (formerly belonging to Lonnie Abels), so as to include
in such Commercial District (C) the hereinafter described pro-
perty, which was formerly and is presently designated as a
One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the bounda-
ries of said Commercial District (C), be, and the same are
hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City of
Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot 10, City
Block 266, fronting on Loop Highway 286 and Farm Road.

Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris,
be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the
City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
No. 1710 an d the land use map accompanying the same, and in
accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris in regular session convened in the Council Room, City
Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 13th day of September, 1971.
