BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
pARIS, TEXAS :
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established
on Lot 9, City Block 321, on property belonging to H. M.
Hindman and Citizens State Bank, so as to include in such
Commercial District (C) the hereinafter described property,
which was f ormerly and is presently designated as an
Agricultural District (A), and that the boundaries of the
Commercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby es-
tablished as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot 9,
City Block 321, fronting 151.8 feet on the North East
Side of Loop 286 N. E.
Section 2. That the City Engin eer of the CitMaof~a~he,
be, and he is hereby directed to chax~.ge the Zoning p o
City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the sazne, and in
accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts af ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris in regular session convened in the Council Room, City
Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 13th day of September, 1971.
