ORDINANCE NO. 2051 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIFS ES- TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING AN OFFICE DISTRICT (O) ON A PART OF LOT 1, BLOCK B. OF THE BAKER ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PARIS, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO ESTA LYTTON BOBBITT, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DFSIGIVATED AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) ; AND DESIG- NATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE OFFICE DISTRICT (O) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS2 PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 o.f the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that an Office District (O) be, and the same is hereby established on a Part of Lot 1, Block B, of the Baker Addition to the City of Paris, on property belonging to Esta Lytton Bobbitt, so as to include in such Office District (O) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Two-Family Dwelling District (2F), and that the boundaries of said Office District (O) be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Geo. W. Cox Survey and a part of Lot No. 1 in Block B of the Baker Addition to the City of Paris, according to the plat of said Addition of record in the office of the County Clerk of Lamar County, Texas. BEGINNING at the NW corner of said Lot 1, being the intersection of Clarksville Street with 23rd Street S. E. ; THFNCE South with the EB line of 23rd Street, S. E., 185 feet, a stake; THENC E East 76 feet to a stake in the EB line of - said Lot No. 1; THENCE North with the same, 150 feet to the NE corner of said Lot No. 1; which is also the NW corner of Lot No. 2, a stake in the SB line of Clarksville Street; THENCE with the SB line of Clarksville Street in a Northwesterly direction, 83.8 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of or dinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme- diately upon passage.
