ORDINANCE NO. 2053 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE <br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIFS ES- <br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br />ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) ON THE EAST 189 <br />FEET OFF OF LOTS 1 THROUGH 9, BLOCK 3, LAMAR TERRACE ADDITION, <br />AND LOTS 5A AND 5B, CITY BLOCK 249, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO <br />DOYLE WHITAKER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRT.TORY FORMERLY <br />DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWFLI-ING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2 ) AND <br />A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) ; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES <br />OF THE ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) SO FSTASLISHED; <br />AND ESTABLISHING A TWO-FAMILY DWEi.LING DISTRICT (2F) ON LOTS 10 <br />THROUGH 13, AND THE WEST 125 FEET OFF OF LOTS 1 THROUGH 9, <br />BLOCK 3, LAMAR TERRACE ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO DOYLE <br />WHITAKER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THFREIN TgZRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED <br />AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLIDFAMILYTDWELLINGSDISTRICTD(2F~zSATING <br />THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO <br />ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARI S , TEx.AS : <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br />One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), be, and the same is <br />hereby established on the Ea,st 189 feet off of Lots 1 through 9, <br />Block 3, Lamar Terrace Addition, and Lots SA and 5B, City Block <br />249, on property belonging to Doyle Whitaker, so as to include <br />in such One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3) the herein- <br />after described property, which was formerly and is presently <br />designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) and a <br />General Retail District (GR), and that the boundaries of said <br />One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), be, and the same are <br />hereby established as follows: <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being the East 189 feet <br />off of Lots 1 through 9, Block 3, Lamar Terrace Addition, <br />and Lots 5A and 5B, City Block 249. <br />Section 2. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br />the Zoning Map an d Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br />Tnro-Family Dwelling District (2F), be, and the same is hereby <br />established on Lots 10 through 13, and the West 125 feet off of <br />Lots 1 through 9, Block 3, Lamar Terrace Addition, on property <br />belonging to Doyle Whitaker, so as to include in such Two-Family <br />Dwelling District (2F) the hereinafter described property, which <br />was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling <br />District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said Z~vo-Family <br />Dwelling District (2F), be, and the same are hereby established <br />as follows : <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lots 10 through 13, <br />and the West 125 feet off of Lots 1 through 9, Block 3, <br />Lamar Terrace Addition. <br />
