AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIFS ES-
TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) ON THE EAST 189
FEET OFF OF LOTS 1 THROUGH 9, BLOCK 3, LAMAR TERRACE ADDITION,
AND LOTS 5A AND 5B, CITY BLOCK 249, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO
DOYLE WHITAKER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRT.TORY FORMERLY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,

Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), be, and the same is
hereby established on the Ea,st 189 feet off of Lots 1 through 9,
Block 3, Lamar Terrace Addition, and Lots SA and 5B, City Block
249, on property belonging to Doyle Whitaker, so as to include
in such One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3) the herein-
after described property, which was formerly and is presently
designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) and a
General Retail District (GR), and that the boundaries of said
One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), be, and the same are
hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City of
Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being the East 189 feet
off of Lots 1 through 9, Block 3, Lamar Terrace Addition,
and Lots 5A and 5B, City Block 249.
Section 2. That the boundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map an d Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
Tnro-Family Dwelling District (2F), be, and the same is hereby
established on Lots 10 through 13, and the West 125 feet off of
Lots 1 through 9, Block 3, Lamar Terrace Addition, on property
belonging to Doyle Whitaker, so as to include in such Two-Family
Dwelling District (2F) the hereinafter described property, which
was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling
District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said Z~vo-Family
Dwelling District (2F), be, and the same are hereby established
as follows :
Situated within the corporate limits of the City of
Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lots 10 through 13,
