AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1951 OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY ADDING SDCTION la.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS :
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1951 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be amended by adding Section la, as follows:
"Section la. That the plot plan of the property
zoned herein, attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and
the same is hereby approved subject to the Director
of Public Works' requirements enumerated in his memo
to the Plan ning and Zoning Commission dated December
3, 1971, and subject to the requirement that the
property owner reconstruct all curb and gutter that
has failed on DeShong Drive."
Passed and adopted this 13th day of December, 1971.
