2063 ORD PRESCRIBING MAXIMUM EARINGS TO BE CONSIDERED INCALCULATING DEPOSITS AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO BE MADE BY REASON OF CURRENT SERVICE OF EMPLOYEES OF COPORDINANCE NO. 2063 .
AN ORDINANCE PRFSCRIBING THE MAXIMUM EARNINGS TO BE
CONSIDgZED IN CALCULATING DEPOSITS AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO BE
MADE BY REASON OF CURRENT SERVICE OF EMPLOYEFS OF THIS CITY
WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE TF.xAS MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the total earnings, which may be paid
by the City of Paris to any of its employees who are members
of the Texas Municipal Retirement System, shall be considered
in calculating the amount to be withheld and the deposits and
contributions to be made to the Texas Municipal Retirement
System by reason of Current Service rendered by such employee
to this City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective on
January 1, 1972.
