BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That Sections 13 2-3, 13 2-5 , 13%-6 and 13 2-7
of the Code of Ordinanceed null andPvoid,androf,noeeffect.

Section 2. That Section 13z-2 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended so that such
shall read as follows:
"Section 132-2• Duration of Garage Sales Limited.
It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct,
alone or in concert with others, a garage sale in
excess of three (3) days duration within the cor-
porate limits of the City of Paris.
Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
May l, 1972.
