AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TF.XAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIFS FS-
TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
CONIMERCIAI- DISTRICT (C) ON LOTS 22 AND 22B, CITY BLOCK 296,
ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO REVA MAE BRACKEN, SO AS TO INCLUDE
THgZEIN TEFZRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO FSTABLISHED.
BE IT O:ZDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS :
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore estaUl ished
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of theaitandfthat1a,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby change,
Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established
on Lots 22 and 228, City Block 296, on property belonging to
Reva Mae Bracken, so as to include in such Commercial District
(C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and
is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2
(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C),
be, an d the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limitsioS t22 and
of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being
22B, City Block 296.
Section 2. That the City IIzJineer of the Cit fathe,
be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of
City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened in the Council Room, City
Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 12th day of June, 1972•
