2099 ORD AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO 1710 AND CHANGING BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY ESTABLISHING PUBLIC LANDS AND INSTITUTIONS DISTRICT (PLI) ON LOT 24 CITY BLOCK 188E ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO PISDORDTNANCE NO. _ 09G AN ORDINANC E AMENDING ZONING ORDINANC E NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING ~T~LISHINGEA ~ TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, PUBLIC LANDS AND INSTIYUB~ONGUING (PLI) ~ INDEP~ND~T SLOCK 188E2 ON PROPERT SCHOOL DISTRICT, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TIIZRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICPUB~A'L~~R~D INSTITUTION ~SIDISTRICT THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE (PLI) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,anddtheasame Public Lands and Institutions District (PLI), b, is hereby established on Lot 24, City Block 188E, on property belonging to the Paris Independent School District, so as to include in such Public Lands and Institutio ns District (PLI) the hereinafter described property, which was formerlYdthat presently designated as an Agricultural District (A), and the boundaries of said Public Lands and Institutions District (pI,I be, and the same are hereby established as follows : A part of that certain parcel or tract of land situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being a part of the Geo. W. Cox Survey, and situatgd SoaT~ of theMsamey. 1507 (Jefferson Road) and bein a p land described in a deed of trust dated July l, 1952, delivered by R. C. Adams, Jr. to T. J. O'Brien, as trustee, said deed of trust being recorded in Volume 107, page 308, of the Deed of Trust Records of Lamar County, Texas. The following tracts covered in the deed of trust are as follows: being a part of First Tract of 95.67 acres; being part of Third Tract of 29.52 acres; being the same property conveyed by F. W. Bennett et al to R. F. Scott by deed as re- corded in Book 97, page 581 of Lamar County Deed Records; being a part of Fourth Tract of 47.71 acres crn veyed by W. D. Ingram and wife, S. Alice Ingram, to E. F. Ingram and being recorded in Book 209, page 256 of Lamar County Deed Records; being a part of Fifth Tract of 79.99 acres conveyed by L. H. White and wife, Bettie A. White, to R. C. Adams, Jr. November 20, 1951, an d recorded in Book 319, page 6341 of Lamar County Deed Records; and being further described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of the Paris High School tract a stake in the South Boundary line of F. M. Highway No. 1507, said stake being S. 6° 37' W. a distance of 40 f eet from centerline survey station 86 plus 53.6 of said highway and in the North Boundary line of said 79.99 acre tract; THENCE S. 6° 37' W. a distance of 20.62 i'eet to the beginning of a 2° curve to the right having a radius of 2864.93 feet; aid THENCE in a Southwesterly direction along s curve to the right a distance of 497.50 feet to the end of said curve; THENCE S. 16° 34' W. a distance of 209.77 feet to the beginning of a 3° 50' curve to the left having a radius of 1494.67 feet; id THENCE in a Southwesterly direction along sa curve to the left a distance of 322.46 feet to a stake at the intersection of said curve to the left and a 2° 20' curve to the right; tangent to said 30 50' curve at this point bears S. 40 12' W. and tangent to the 2° 20' curve at this point bears 5, 78 Degrees, said curve intersection being the Southeast corner of said school tract; THENCE in a Northwesterly clirection aione ofid curve to the right and the South Boundary said school tract a distance of 1752.18 feet to the end of said curveto ;he right; said South THENCE N. 61o 00 W. continuing along s Boundary line a distance of 605.70 feet to a stake in the Southwest corner of said school tract; THENCE N. 29° 00' E. along the West Boundary line of said school tract a distance of 1308.50 feet to a stake, the Northwest corner of said school tract, said stake also being in the South Boundary line of F. Highway 1507 said stake also being 23e ~ da distanceuofe40 O the right and being S. 340 lus 82.4 of feet from centerline survey station 67 p said highway; THENCE S. 550 37' E. along the South Boundary line of said highway at 182.70 feet passing the Northwest corner of said 47.71 acre tract and the existing Northeast corner of the said 29.52 acre tract, in all this direction a distance of 192.90 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 2904.93 feet; said THENCE in a Southeasterly direction along s curve to the left and South Boundary Line of said highway a distance of 1407.12 feet to the end of said curve; THENCE S. 830 23' E. continuing along said South Boundary line of said highway a distance of 290.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 60.114 acres of land, more or lesse Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinancee Section 3. All ordinances arri parts of (xdinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme- diately upon passage.
