ORDINANCE RATIFYINOU AND AFFIRMING
CONTRACT U7ITH LAMAR COUNTY WATER
SUPPLY DISTRICT
THE STATE OF TEXAS .
COUNTY OF LATAR :
CITY OF PARIS .
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City has here-
tofore authorized a contract with Lamar County Water Supply
District in the form attached; and
WHEREAS, said contract has heretofore been exe-
cuted by the parties thereto; and
WHEREAS, the provisions and execution thereof
should be ratified and affirmed;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
1. That the contract with Lamar County Water
Supply District, a copy of which is attached hereto, is
hereby in all things ratified and affirmed.
2. That this ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of May, 1969.

CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS
THE STATE OF TEXAS •
COUNTY OF LAMAR
LAMAR COUNTY WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT .
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of said District
has heretofore authorized a contract with the City of Paris,
Texas, in the form attached; and
WHEREAS, said contract has heretofore been executed
by the parties thereto; and
WHEREAS, the provisions and execution thereof
should be ratified and affirmed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF LAMAR COUNTY WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT:
