AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1900 OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, FSTABLISHING IN ADDITION TO THE LIGHT
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) A MOBILE HOME PARK (S) DISTRICT ON A
TRACT OF LAND LYING ADJACENT TO THE NORTH EAST BOUNDARY LINE
OF NORTH EAST LOOP 286, AND BEING LOT 3 IN CITY BLOCK 317, ON
PROPERTY BELONGING TO EDMOND A PARHAM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS:
That the first paragraph of Section 1 of Ordinance No.
1900 be amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby
chan ged, and that a Light Industrial District (LI) and
a Mobile Home Park (S) District, be, and the same is
hereby established on a tract of land lying adjacent to
the North East Boundary Line of N. E. Loop 286, and
being Lot 3 in City Block 317, on property belonging to
Edmond A. Parham, so as to include in such Light
Industrial District (LI) and Mobile Home Park (S)
District the hereinafter described property, which was
formerly and is presently designated as an Agricultural
District (A), and that the boundaries of the said Light
Industrial District (LI) and Mobile Home Park (S)
District, be, an d the same are hereby established as
follows:"
