1925 ORD AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO 1710 AND CHANGING BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY ESTABLISHING ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO 2 (SF-2) ON TRACT OF LAND AT NORTHEAST CORNER OF 25TH SWORDINANCE NO. 1925 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CIiANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) ON A TRACT OF LAND AT THE NORTH EAST CORNER OF 25TH STR EET, S. W. AND THE OLD BONHAM ROAD, AND BEING LOT 9, CITY BLOCK 213, AND THE ALLEY BORDERING THE SAME ON THE NORTH, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO G. A. DOWDY AND B. C. DUNMON, SO AS TO IN- CLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DFSIGNATED AS AN AGRICUI.TURAL DISTRICT (A); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PAR I S, T FXAS : Section l. That the bound.aries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the sazn.e are hereby changed, and that a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the same is hereby established on a tract of land at the North Ea.st Corner of 25th Street, S. W. and the Old Bonham Road, and being Lot 9, City Block 213, and the alley bordering the same on the North, on property belonging to G. A. Dowdy and B. C. Dunmon, so as to include in such One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) the hereinafter described property, which was fo rmerly and is pre- sently designated as an Agricultural District (A), and that the boundaries of the said One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot 9, City Block 213, and the alley bordering the same on the North. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accord- ance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme- diately upon passage. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in regular session convened in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 8th day of S~tember, 1969. , R. A.
