1926 ORD AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO 1710 AND CHANGING BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY ESTABLISHING COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON TRACT OF LAND FRONTING APPROX 900FEET ON EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF LOOP 286 NWORDINANCE NO. 1926 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF 5AID CITY; FSTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON A TRACT OF LAND FRONTING APPROXIMATELY 900 FEET ON THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF LOOP 286 N. W., AND BEING LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 327, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO H. M. HINDMAN AND R. A. GIFFORD, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DFSIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C ) SO FSTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established on a tract of land fronting approximately 900 feet on the East Boundary Line of Loop 286 N. W., and being Lot 7, City Block 327, on property be- longing to H. M. Hindman and R. A. Gifford, so as to include in such Commercial District (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of the said Commercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby es- tablished as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot 7, City Block 327, fronting on the East Side of Loop 286 N.W. Section 2. That the City Angineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme- diately upon passage.
