AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXI,
SDCTION 1 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, "ONE-WAY STREETS",
BY ADDING THERETO AND MAKING HUSBARD STREET ONE-WAY GOING FAST,
FROM THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF 20TH STREET, S. E. TO THE WFST
BOUNDARY LINE OF 22ND STREET, S. E.; PROVIDING FOR A FINE OF NOT
LFSS THAN $5.00 NOR MORE THAN $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF
OCTOBER 27, 1969.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TFXAS :
Section l. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section l,
of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, "One-Way Streets", be
amended as follows:
That Hubbard Street going East, from the East Boundary
Line of 20th Street, S. E. to the West Boundary Line
of 22nd Street, S. E., be, and the same is hereby made
a one-way street.
Section 2. That any person found guilty of operating a
motor vehicle the wrong way on the aforesaid portion of Hubbard
Street shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
shall be fined a sum of not less than Five ($5.00) Dollars nor
more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. 2his ordinance shall become effective on
October 27, 1969.
