AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 19152 SUSPENDING PARKING
METER ZONES ON THE STREETS OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY
EXTENDING SAID PERIOD OF SUSPENSION TO FEBRUARY 28, 1970; PROVID-
ING FOR A FINE NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; AND PROVIDING FCFZ AN EFFEC-
TI VE DATE OF JANi7ARY 1, 1970.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1915 of the City
of Paris, Paris, Texas, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section l. Effective August l, 1969 and continuing to
the 28th day of February, 1970, metered parking on the
streets of Paris, Texas is suspended."
Section 2. All other sections of Ordinance No. 1915 remain
in full force and effect, including Sections 4 andWOOcheach
