METER ZONES ON THE STR EETS OF TS ION ITO MAYP 31, S 1970~; I PRO DING FOR
EXTENDING SAID PERIOD OF SUSPFN
A FINE NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
OF MARCH l, 1970.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1915 of the
City of Paris, Paris, Texas, is hereby amended to read as
follows :
"Section 1. Effective August l, 1969 and continuing
to the 31st day of May, 1970, metered parking on the
streets of Paris, Texas is suspended.P1
Section 2. All other secitions of Ordinance No. 1915 re-
main in full force and effect, including Sections 4 andoOwOOch
each provide for penalties not to exceed Two Hundred ($2 )
Dollars.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on the
1st day of March, 1970.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of February, 1970.
