AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1946 "1969 PLUMBING
CODE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS", REPEALING ALL ORDI-
NANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCFS OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS, IN CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE, AND PROVIDING FOR AN
F,FFDCTIVE DATE OF FEBRUARY 232 1970.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1946 shall be amended as
follows:
(1) Paragraph 8.1 shall be deleted and the following
shall be inserted:
"8.1 CREATION OF PLUMBING APPFA.LS AND ADVISORY BOARD:
There is hereby created a Plumbing Appeals and Advisory Board
consisting of the members of the Building Commission of the City
of Paris, Paris, Texas."
(2) Paragraphs 8,1.2, 8.1.3 and 8.1.4 shall be
deleted.
Section 2. All or dinances or parts of ordinances of the
City of Paris, Paris, Texas, in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on the
23rd day of February, 1970.
