AND PROVIDING FOR A FINE NOT TO EXCEED $200.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TFXAS:
Section 1. That Sainance 1No. 1811csha1l be amendedcto o•
1704 and Section 2 of Or
read as follows:
11There is hereby fixed a fee of twenty-five cents (250)
per cubic yard for all garbage or rubbish, as the same
are defined herein, delivered to the Sanitary Land Fill
by any person hauling or delivering same for hire."
Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation, its
agents or employees2 who violate this ordinance, shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and thenOOtys~r shall
be a fine not to exceed 1~vo Hundred ($200 ) Dollar
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
April 1, 1970.
