BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIlY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TF.XAS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1365 shall be amended to
read as follows:
"Section l. That Midwest Video Corporation be authorized
to place into effect the following schedule of rates for public
community antenna signal service within the corporate limits of
the City of Paris, Texas, in accordance with the provisions of
the Charter of the City of Paris and the franchise granted to
said corporation by said City, as follows:
a. The rates for all persons owning contracts, which
were issued originally on or before the 31st day of May, 1970,
will be as fellows:

Section 2. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1365 is
hereby repealed and deleted from said ordinance.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances of the
City of Paris, Paris, Texas, in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
June l, 1970.
