BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Pro-
Section 21 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, "Parking
hibited at All Times in Designated Places", be amended by
adding thereto: the North Side of Clark Lane, from its in-
tersection with 28th Street, S. E. to the proposed West
Boundary Line of Johnson Woods Drive, being the South East
Corner of the Paris Independent School District property.
Section 2. That any person foun d guilty of parking a
motor vehicle on the aforesaid P°ronoconviction shallSbell
be guilty of a misdemeanor, an d up
f ined a sum of not less than Three ($3.00) Dollars nor more
than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinanc es in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This or dinance shall become effective on
July 1, 1970.
