AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXI,
SECTION 2, OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TFxAS, "PARKING PRO-
HIBITED AT ALL TIMES IN DFSIGNATED PLACFS", BY ADDING
THERETO; BOTH SIDFS OF WFST CFNTER STREET, FROM NORTH MAIN
STREET TO 7TH STREET, N. W. ; PROVIDING FOR AFINE OF NOT
LFSS THAN $3.00 NOR MORE THAN $200.00; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCFS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE OF SEPT'EMBER l, 1970.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section l. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI,
Section 2, of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, "Parking
Pxohibited at All Times in Designated Places", be amended
by adding thereto; Both Sides of West Center Street, from
North Main Street to 7th Street, N. W.
Section 2. That any person found guilty of parking a
motor vehicle on the aforesaid portion of West Center Street
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall
be fined a sum of not less than Three ($3.00) Dollars nor
more than T~vo Hundred ($200.00) Dollars.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
September 1, 1970.
