IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
OF JANUARY l, 1971.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS:
Section l. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Sec-
tion 21 of the City of Paris~ Paris, Texas, "Parking Prohibited
at Al1 Times in Designated Places," be amended by adding there-
to: The North Side of Pine Bluff Street between the most
westerly offset of lOth Street and the most easterly offset
of llth Street.
Section 2. That any person found guilty of parlcing a
motor vehicle on the aforesaid portion of Pine Sluff Street
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall
be fined a sum of not less than Three ($3.00) Dollars nor
more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
January l, 1971.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of December, 1970.
