20-3 AND 20-4; PROVIDING FOR A FINE OF NOT LFSS
THAN $3.00 NOR MORE THAN $200.00; REPEALING AI.LLORDINANCFS
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EF'FECTIVE DATE
OF JANUARY l, 1971.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS :
Section l. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Sec-
tion 2, of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, "Parking Proh~herea
at Al1 Times in Designated Places", be amended by adding
to: The South Side, 218 W. Price Street in Spaces 20-3 and
20-4.
Section 2. That any person found guilty of parking a
motor vehicle on the aforesaid portion of West Price Street
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall
be fined a sum of not less than Three ($3.00) Dollars nor
more than Trvo Hundred ($200.00) Dollars.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
January l, 1971.
