BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
pARIS, TEXAS:
Section l. That Section 2-20 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas be amended so that such shall
read as follows:
"Section 2-20. Rate of current service contributions.
The current service contributions to the Texas
Municipal Retirement Systezn of all employees of the
City, who are now or who may hereafter become members
of such system, shall be five per cent (5%) of earnings."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
January 1, 1971.
