AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES FS-
TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD), COMMLJNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT,
ON A PART OF LOT 2, CITY BLOCK 328, FRONTING 200 FEET ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF BONHAM STREET, ON PROPERTY BEZ,ONGING TO LOUIS
WOLENS, T. WALTER ERWIN, JR AND LONNIE S. BFASLEY, SO AS TO
INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A GENEFZAL
RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), FIRE LIMITS, AND A ONE-FAMILY DWEI.LING
DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD), COMML7NITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT,
SO FSTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS~ TEXAS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
Planned Development District (PD), Community Unit Development,
be, and the same is hereby established on a Part o.f Lot 2,
City Blocl< 328, fronting 200 feet on the South Side of Bonham
Street, on property belonging to Lods Wolens, T. Walter Erwin,
Jr. and Lonnie S. Beasley, so as to include in such Planned
Development District (PD), Community Unit Development, the
hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is pre-
sently designated as a General Retail District (GR), Fire
Limits, and a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and
that the boundaries of said Planned Development District (PD),
Commu.nity Unit Development, be, and the same are hereby es-
tablished as follows ;
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land,
being 3.0 acres, situated in the Isaac_Cruise Survey,
in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being
a part of the 35.274 acre tract described in deed to
Louis Wolens, T. Walter Erwin, Jr. and Lonnie S.
Beasley, recorded in Volume 439, Page 325, Deed
Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being described as
follows :
BEGINNING at an iron stake on South line of
Bonham Street, at the Northwest corner of Westwood
Baptist Church tract, being the Northeast corner of
aforesaid 35.274 acre tract;
THENCE S O 30' W 300 feet to an iron stake the
Southwest corner of Westwood Baptist Church;
THENCE N 89 30' E 180 feet to an iron stake for

Section 2, That the City Engineer of the City of Paris,
be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the
City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly rep ealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris in regular session convened in the Council Room, City
Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the llth day of January, 1971.
