ORDINANCE NO, 1802 . AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXI, 5ECTION 4, METERED PARKING9 SUB-SECTION (c), 60 MINUTE METERED PARKING, BY ADDING THERETO, ON THE NORTH SIDE OF GRAND AVE- NUE* IN THE 200 SLOCK, AND IMMEDIATELY EAST OF 3RD 5TREET, S.W., THREE (3) - 60 MINUTE METERED PARKING SPACES; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARI5: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 4, "Metered Parking". Sub-Section (c), "60 Minute Metered Parking", be1 and the same is hereby amended by adding to said sectionp three (3) - 60 minute metered parking spaces, on the North Side of Grand Avenue, in the 200 Blocka and immediately East of the East Boundary Line of 3rd Streets S. W. Section 2. A11 ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 3. This ordinance sha11 become effective upon passage.
