AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXis
SECTION 3(c), SUB-SECTION (3), AUTHORIZED LOADING ZONES, BY
FIXING A LOADING ZONE IN FRONT OF 302 BONHAM STREET, ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF BONHAM STREET; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 3(c), 5ub-
Section (3), "Authorized Loading Zones", be, and the same is hereby
amended by establishing a Loading Zone at the present location of Parking
Meter No. 31 in front of 302 Bonham Street, on the North Side of said
str e et.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are l-ireby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon passage.
