AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.' 1406, ARTICLE XXIs
SECTION 3(c), SUB-SECTION (3), AUTHORIZED LOADING ZONES, BY
DELETING THEREFROM THE LOADING ZONE IN FRONT OF W UNSCH=S
MENS WEAR, IMMEDIATELY EAST OF SOUTH MAIN STREETg ON
CLARKSVILLE STREET; AND AMENDING ARTICLE XXI, SECTION 4,
METERED PARKINGt SUB-SECTION (c), 60 MINUTE METERED PARKING,
BY ADDING THERETO, THE FIRST SPACE IMMEDIATELY EAST OF SDUTH
MAIN STREET, ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CLARKSVILLE STREET, AND
MAKING IT A 60 MINUTE METERED PARKING SPACE; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFEC-
TIViE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, 5ection 3(c), Sub-
Section (3), "Authorized Loading Zones, be, and the same is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the Loading Zone in front of Wunschls Mens W ear,
immediately East of South Main Street,, on Clarksville Street.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, 5ection 4,
"Metered Parking", Sub-Section (c), 1160 Minute Metered Parking"p be, and
the same is hereby amended by adding to said section one (1) - 60 minute
metered parking space in front of Wunschls Mens W ear, in the first space
immediately East of the intersection of the South Side of Clarksville 5treet
and theFast Side of 5outh Main Street.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shal], become effective upon passage.
