ORDINANCE NO, 1811 . <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1660, <br />PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON THE 9TH DAY OF DECEMBER„ 1963, <br />AND AMENDING ARTICLE IIa SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1704, PA55ED <br />BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON DECEMBER 4, 1964y PROVIDING FIXED FEES <br />FOR THE COVERING OR BURIAL OF GARBAGE OR REFUSE ATTHE CITY <br />SANITARY LAND FILL; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDI- <br />NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH9 PROVIDING A.N EFFECTIVE DATE AND <br />PROVIDING A MISDEMEANOR FOR EACH VIOLATION, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br />That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1660 be and same is hereby deleted <br />and the following is substituted therefor: <br />Section 1. It sha11 be unlawful for any person,, firm, or corporatiox~ <br />their agents or employeesy to pick up,, haul, remove from any premisea, any <br />garbage or refuse, for hire, as garbage is defined in Section 4 of Ordinance <br />No. 1310, and as refuse is defined in Section 5 of Ordinance No. 1310, without <br />first having applied to the Director of Public Works of the City of Paris for a <br />permit for each vehicle to be used in said operation. <br />That Article II, Section 19 of Ordinance No. 1704, be and same is <br />hereby deleted and the following is substituted therefor: <br />Section 2. There is hereby fixed a fee of fifteen cents (15~) per <br />cubic yard for all garbage and rubbish as defined in Ordinance No. 1704, de- <br />livered to the Sanitary Land Fill by any person hauling or delivering same for <br />hir e. <br />5ection 3. That any person, firm or corporation, its agent or em- <br />ployees, who violate any section of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of <br />a misdemeanor and the penalty therefor shall be a fine not to exceed Two <br />Hundred ($200. 00) Dollars. <br />Section 4. AIl ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith <br />are hereby repealed. <br />Section 5.
