AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 1406, ARTICLE XXI,
SECTION 3(c), SUBSECTION (3), EXTENDING THE LOADING ZONE AT 329
1ST STREET, S.W,, BY 13 FEET, WHERE SAID LOADING ZONE IS NOW
LOCATED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1, That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 3(c),
5ubsection (3), be amended by extending the Loading Zone now located in the
center of the block on lst Street,, S.W., between West Austin Street and West
Sherman Street, an additional 13 feet in width, in order to facilitate better
loading and unloading.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
