AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406p ARTICLE XXI,
SECTION 2, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES IN DESIGNATED
PLACES, BY PROHIBITING PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON THE EAST 5IDE
OF 9TH STREET, S,W., BETWEEN THE 50UTH BOUNDARY LINE OF
KAUFMAN STREET AND THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF AUSTIN STREET;
AND AMENDING THE SAME BY ADDING TF3.Ef.2ET09 NO PARKING AT ANY
TIME ON BJTH SIDES OF 8TH STREET, S,W., ON THE 50UTH HALF OF
THE BLOCK BETWEEN THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF BONHAM STREET
AND THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF KAUFMAN STREET; AND PROVID-
ING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 2, "Parking
Prohibited at all. Times in Designated Places, " be amended by adding to
Section 2: "That no parking at any time shall be permitted upon the East Side
of 9th Street, S. W., between the South Boundary Line of Kaufman Street and
the North Boundary Line of Austin Street."
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 2, "Parking
Prohibited at all Times in Designated Places, " be amended by adding thereto:
'Parking shall not be permitted at any time on both sides of 8th Street,, S.W.,
on the South Half of the Block between the South Boundary Line of Bonham
5treet and the North Boundary Line of Kaufman 5treet. "
5ection 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
Section 4. The penalty provided for in Ordinance No. 1406, Article
XXI, Section 2, shall, apply to the above mentioned areas.
