AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXI,
SECTION 2, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES IN DESIGNATED PLACES,
BY ADDING THERETO: GRAHAM STREET, BETWEEN THE WEST SIDE OF NQRTH
MAIN STREET AND THE EAST SIDE OF 3RD STREET, N. W.; BY ADDING
THERETO: THE WEST SIDE OF 7TH STREET, S. W., FROM THE SOUTH
BOUNDARY LINE OF BONHAM STREET TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF WEST
KAUFMAN STREET; AND BY ADDING THERETO: THE WEST SIDE OF 12TH
STREET, S. E., FROM THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF LAMAR AVENUE TO THE
NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF CLARKSVILLE STREET; FIXING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 2,
"Parking Prohibited at All Times in Designated Places," be amended
by adding thereto the following streets: Graham Street, from the
West Side of North Main Street to the East Side of 3rd Street,
N.W,; the West Side of 7th Street, S. W,, between the South
Boundary Line of Bonham Street and the North Boundary Line of West
Kaufman Street; and the West Side of 12th Street, S. E,, between
the South Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue and the North Boundary
Line of Clarksville Street; and parking is hereby prohibited at all
hours on the afore^mentioned streets.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage and publication.
Section 3. All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
