AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXI, SECTION
2, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES IN DESIGNATED PLACES, BY ADDING
THERETO: WEST SIDE OF NORTH MAIN STREET, BETWEEN WEST PRICE AND
PINE BLUFF STREETS; NQRTH SIDE OF GRAHAM STREET, BETWEEN 3RD STREET,
N.W. AND 4TH STREET, N.W.; AND 3RD STREET, N. W., ON BOTH SIDES, BE-
TWEEN TntEST PRICE STREET AND PLUM STREET; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARISe
Section 1. That Ordinance No, 1406, Article XXI, Section 2,
"Parking Prohibited at Al1 Times in Designated Places," be amended
by adding thereto the following streets:
(a) West Side of North Main Street, between West Price
and Pine Bluff Streets
(b) North Side of Graham Stxeet, between 3rd Street,
N. W. and 4th Street, N. W.
(c) 3rd Street, N. W., on both sides, between West
Price Street and Plum Street.
That parking at all times is prohibited on the above portions of the
foregoing streets.
Section 2. Any person found guilty of parking a motor vehicle
on any of the above designated places shall be guilty of a misde-
meanor and shall be fined in any amount not exceeding Two Hundred
($200.00) Dollars.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4, This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon publication.
