AN ORDINANCE ANL.~NDING QRDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXI, SECTION
2, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES IN DESIGNATED PLACES, BY ADDING
THERETO: BOTH SIDE50F 6TH STREET, N. E., BETWEEN LAMAR AVENUE AND
EAST HOUSTON STREET; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY; REPEALING AL.L ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITHs AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 2,
7Parking Prohibited at All Times in Designated Places," be amended
by adding thereto the East Side of 6th Street, N. E,, between Lamar
Avenue and East Houston Street; also on the West Side of 6th Street,
N, E,, between Lamar Avenue and East Houston Street.
Section 2. That any person found guilty of parking a motor
vehicle on the aforesaid portion of 6th Street, N. E. shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined a sum
of not more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon publication.
