AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1756, SECTION 1, BY ELI^
MINATING THE LAST ITEM OF WATER RATES, ALL OVER 4,000,000 AT $0.06
PER 100 C.F., AND SUBSTITUTING THEREFOR, ALL OVER 1,000,000 AT $0.08
PER 100 C.F.; AMENDING SECTION 6, FIXING A SEWER RA.TE, BY ELIMINAT-
ING, ALL OVER 4,000,000 AT $0,03 PER 100 C.F., AND SUBSTITUTING
THEREFOR, ALL OVER 1,000,000 AT $0.04 PER 100 C.F.; PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
SE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That Section 1 of Ordinance No, 1756, be, and the
same is hereby amended as follows:
Water rates for usexs furnished by the Cityof Paris are hereby
fixed at the following rates per cubic foot per month for both do-
mestic and commercial users as registered by the user's water meter:

Section 2. The above rates shall be and become effective with
the cycle billing on September 1, 1967, and -,:hall be due ten (10)
days from the billing date of each cycle thereafter.
Section 3. That Section 6 of Ordinance No, 1756, be, and the
same is hereby amended as follows:
Sewer rates for users furnished by the City of Paris are hereby
fixed at the following rates per cubic foot per month for both do•»
mestic and commercial users, based on the water used by said user as
registered by the user's water meter:

exceed $5,00 per month, regardless of inetered water consumption.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective with the
billing date of September l, 1967.
Section 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
