AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXI, SEC.-
TION 2, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES IN DESIGN.ATED PLACES, BY
ADDING THERETO: EAST SIDE OF 13TH STREET, N. Wo, BETWEEN GRAHAM
STREET AND SHILOH STREET; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FARIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 2,
"*Parking Prohibited at All Times in Designated Places," be amend-
ed by adding thereto the Zast Side of 13th Street, N. W,, between
the North Boundary L.ine of Graham Street and the South Boundary
Line of Shiloh Street, and that parking be prohibited at all hours
in said area.
Section 2. Any person found guilty of parking a motor ve»
hicle on the aforesaid portion of 13th Street, N. W. shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined a
sum of not more than Two Hundred ($200,00) Dollars,
Section 3. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby xepealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become eff ective imme.
diately upon publication.
