AN QRDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE
ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MF«1 DISTRICT AT THE
SOUTH WEST INTERSECTIQN OF 24TH_STREET, S. E. AND COLLEGE STREET2
ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JESSE L. WINTERMUTE, SO AS TO INCLUDE
THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A SF-•2 DISTRICT; AND
DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MF-1 DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofcsre established by
the _Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the
same are hereby changed, and that a MF-1 District, be, and the
same is hereby established at the South West intersection of 24th
Street, S. E. and College Street, on pxoperty belonging to Jesse
L. Wintermute, so as to include in such MF..l District the herein.»
after described property, which was f ormerly and is presently de-
signated as a SF-2 District, and that the boundaries of the said
MF.»1 District, be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated in the County of Lama
within the corporate limits of
being Lots 17 and 18, in Block
Addition to the City of Paris,
Si de of College Street and the
S. E.
r and State of Texas,
the City of Faris, and
A of the College Heights
and located on the South
West Side of 24th Street,
Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Faris, be,
and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of
Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and
the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All oxdinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris
in regular session convened at Council Chambers on this the 9th
day of October, A. D., 1967.
