AN ORDINANCE EINIENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MA.P OF
SAID CTTY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT ON THE NORTH
SIDE OF EAST POLK STREET, IN THE 800 BLOCK THEREOF, ON PRQPERTY BE-
LO-NGING TO FRANCES MILLER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FOR-
MERLY DESIGNATED AS A 2F DISTRICT; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF
THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are
hereby changed, and that a Neighborhood Service District, be, and the
same is hereby established on the North Side of East Polk Street, in
the 800 Block thereof,on proper.ty belonging to Frances Miller, so as
to include in such Neighborhood Service District the hereinafter de-
scribed property, which was fo rmerly and is presently designated as
a 2F District, and that the boundaries of the said Neighborhood Ser-
vice District, be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated in the County of Lamar and State of Texas, within
the corporate limits of the City of Paris, fronting 50 feet
on the North Side of East Polk Street, and extending 150
feet deep, located at the address of 845 East Polk Street.
Being Lot 21 in Block 1 01" the Gibbons Park Addition to the
City of Paris.
Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be,
and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of
Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and
the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinanceo
Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become eff ective immediately
upon passage.
Passed an~ adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in
regular'session convened at Council Chambers on this the 9th day of
October, A. D., 1967.
