AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING
MA.P QF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING AN OFFICE DISTRICT AT THE INTERSECTION
OF LAMAR AVENUE AND 13TH STREET, N. E,, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO
DICK WRIGHT, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED
AS AN MF-2 DISTRICT; DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OFFICE DISTRICT
SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
Zoning Map and ardinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are
hereby changed, and that an office district be, and the same is here-
by established on the North Side of Lamar Avenue at the intersection
of the N. B. line of Lamar Avenue and the W. B. line of 13th Street,
N. E., on property belonging to Dick W"right, so as to include in such
office district the hereinafter described property, which was formerly
and is presently designated as an MF..1 district, and the boundaries ~
,i,c-&40 office district be, and the same are hereby established as follows: ~
Situated in the County of Lamar, and State of Texas, with-
in the corporate limits of the City of P'aris, and being lot 4
in City Block 32..D, and being a lot 75 x 216 feet fronting on
the North Side of Lamar Avenue, at the address of 1249 Lamar
Avenue.
Section 2, That the City Engineer of the City of P'aris, be,
and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of
Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No, 1710
and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance
with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con.-
flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
Fassed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris
in regular session convened at Council Chambers on this the 8th
day of January, A. D., 1968.
