21 OF THE CITY OF PARTS, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES IN DESIG_
NATED PLACES, BY ADDING THERETO: BOTH SIDES OF 9TH STREET, N. W. ,
BETW'EEN WEST CAMPBELL l3ND W'EST HENDERSON STREETS; PROVIDING FOR A
FINE OF NOT LESS THA.N $3, 00 NOR MORE THA.N $200.00; REF'EALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE OF MAY 27, 1968.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PA.RIS :
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 2,
of the City of Faris, "Farking Prohibited at All Times in Desig•»
nated Places," be amended by adding thereto: Both Sides of 9th
Street, N. W,, between West Campbell and West Henderson Streets,
Section 2. That any person found guilty of parking a motor
vehicle on the aforesaid portion of 9th Street, N. W. shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined a sum
of not less than Three (~3.00) Dollars nor more than Two Hundred
($200,00) Dollars,
Section 3, All ordinances or parts of ordinances in confli ct
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become eff ective on May 27,
1968,
