AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXI, SECTIQN
3(c), OF THE CITY OF PARIS, AUTHORIZED LOADING ZONES, BY FIXING A
LOADING ZONE IN FRONT OF 248 SOUTH MAIN STREET, ON THE WEST SIDE OF
SAID STREET; PROVIDING FOR A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $3,00 NOR MORE
THL3N $200, 00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONN. ICT HEREW"ITH; AND
I'ROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MAY 27, 1968,
BE IT ORDAINED BY TfiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l, That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 3(c),
of the City of Paris, "Authorized Loading Zones," be, and the same
is hereby amended by establishing a Loading Zone at the present lo-
cation of Parking Meter No. E-12 in f ront of 248 South Main Street,
on the West Side of said street.
Section 2. That any person found guilty of parking a motor
vehicle in the above Loading Zone shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction shall be fined a sum of not less than Three
($3.00) Dollars nox more than Two Hundred ($200,00) Dollars.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in confli.ct
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4, This ordinance shall become effective on May 27,
1968,
