OF PARIS, PEIRIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED
BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTIPLE FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT NO, 1(MF-1) AT THE SOUTH EAST CORNER OF
CLEMENT ROAD AND LOOP 286, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TQ DIXIE HARLAN,
SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONEM
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDA.»

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS;
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofoxe established by the
Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris,
Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Multiple
Family Dwelling District No, 1(MF-1), be, and the same is hereby
established at the South East Corner of Clement Road and Loop 286,
on property belonging to Dixie Harlan, so as to include in such
Multiple Family Dwelling Distr.ict No, 1(MF_1) the hereinafter
described property, which was finnerly arr3 is presently designated
as a One»Family Dwelling Distxict No. 2(SF-2), and that the
boundaries of the said Multiple Family Dwelling District No, 1
(MF••1), be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of
Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the
Reddin Russell Survey, and being a part of a 64,82 acre
tract of ]a nd ccnveyed Dixie Ann Payne Harlan as recorded
in Vol. 365, Page 195,,of the Deed Records of said County
and State.
Beginning at a post for corner in the East Bau ndary
Line of Stillhouse Road at the Southwest corner of said
64.82 acre tract of land.
Thence along the East Boundary Line of Stillhouse
Road as followso North 11 Deg, 30 Min. West a distance
of 21 ft. to a post for corner; North 37 Dega 30 Min.
East a distance of 610 f t. to a concrete marker for
corner in the South Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286;
Thence along the South Boundary Line of Loop Highway
286 as follows: North 79 Deg. 20 Min. East a distance of
144.8 ft. to a concrete marker; South 57 Deg, East a
distance of 1028 ft, to a concrete marker; South 45 Deg.
30 Min, East a distance of 102 ft. to a concrete marker;
South 57 Deg. East a distance of 120 f t, to a stake for
corner in the East Boundary Line of said 64,82 acre tract
o f 1 and ;
Thence South 25 Deg, 30 Min. West a distance of 252 ft.
to a stake for corner;
Thence South 11 Deg. West a distance of 400 f t. to a
stake for corner at the Southeast corner of said 64,82
acre tract of land;
Thence North 60 Deg. West a distance of 1571 f t, to
the place of beginning and containing 22.49 acres of land.
Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be,
and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of
Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No, 1710
and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance
with the provisions of this oxdinance.
Sectio n 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage,
