AN ORDINANCE CLASSIFYING AND PROVIDING FOR THE NUMBER OF
POLICEMEN IN THE PARIS POLICE DEPARTMENT; PROVIDING FOR THE
CLASSIFICATION OF POLICEMEN AS THREE (3) LIEUTENANTS, STX (6)
SERGEANTS~ AND NINETEEN (19) PATROLMEN; AND REPEALING ALL ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the Police Department of the City of
Paris shall be twenty-eight (28) in number and classified as
follows: Three (3) Lieutenants, Six (6) Sergeants, and Nineteen
(19) Patrolmen,
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be and become effective
on the lst day of July, 1968.
Passed and adopted this lOth day of June, 1968.
