AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXI~
SECTION 3(c), OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, "AUTHQRIZED
LOADING ZONES", BY FIXING A LOADING ZONE ON THE WEST SIDE OF 11TH
STREET, N. E., BEGINNING AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH THE SOUTH
BOUNDARY LINE OF PINE.BLUFF STREET AND PROCEEDING IN A SOUTHERLY
DIRECTION FOR 350 FEET; PROVIDING FOR A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN
$3.00 NOR MORE THAN $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF AUGUST 26, 1968.
BE IT ORDAINED SY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF :PARISe
Section 1. That Ordinance No, 1406, Article XXI, Section
3(c), of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, "Authorized Loading
Zones", be, and the same is hereby amended by establishing a
Loading Zone on the TrVest Side of 11th Street, N. E,, beginning at
its intersection with the South Boundary Line of Pine Bluff Street
and proceeding in a Southerly direction with llth Street's West
Boundary Line 350 f eet, being adjacent to the property occupied by
Fourth Ward School,
Section 2. That any person found guilty of parking a motor
vehicle in the above Loading Zone shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction shall be fined a sum of not less than Three
($3.00) Dollars nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
hexewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4, This ordinance shall become effective on
August 26, 1968,
