NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARISI
PARIS , TEXAS :
Section 1, That Ordinance No. 1779, Section 17, Sub-Section
(d) thereof, be, and the same is hereby amended as followso
The words "apartment houses of four (4) or more
apartments and" are hereby stricken, and said Section
17, Sub.»Section (d) will henceforth read as follows:
All commercial buildings.
Section 2. That any person violating the provisions o.f this
o.rdinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
shall be fined in a sum not ex:ceeding Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars,
1968.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on July 22,
Passed and adopted this 8th day of July, 1908.
