SECTION 2, OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIME.S
IN DESIGNATED PLACES, BY ADDING THERETO; BOTH SIDES OF 24TH
STREET, S. E13 BETTnPEEN CLARKSVILLE AND POLK STREETS, AND BOTH
SIDES OF 14TH STREET, S. E., BETW'EEN CLARKSVILLE AND EA,ST
SHERMAN STREETS; FROVIDING FOR A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $3,00
NOR MORE THAN $200,00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF DECEMBER 23,
1968.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARISY
PARI S , TEXAS :
Section 1. That Ordinance Noo 1406, Article XXI, Section
2, of the City of Faris, 1tParking Prohibited at All Times in
Designated Places", be amended by adding thereto: Both Sides of
24th Street, S. E., between C:Larksville and Polk Streets, and
Both Sides of 14th Street, S. E,, between Clarksville and East
Sherman Streets,
Section 2. That any person found guilty of parking a
motor vehicle on the aforesaid portion of 24th Street, S, E, and
14th Street, S. E. shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction shall be f'ined a sum of' not less than Three ($3.00)
Dollars nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinanc es in con.,
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
December 23, 1968,
