AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXI,
SECTION 3(c), OF THE CITY OF PARIS) AUTHORIZED LOADING ZONES,
BY FIXING A LOADING ZONE IN THE 10 BI.OCK OF 1ST STREET, N. CJ'.,
ON THE W'EST SIDE OF SAID STREET; FROVIDING FOR A FINE OF NOT
LESS THAN $3.00 NOR MORE THAN $200,00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANeES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF
DECEMBER 23, 1968.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 14067 A.rticle XXI, Section
3(c), of the City of Faris, "Authorized Loading Zones", be, and
the same is hereby amended by establishing a Loading Zone at the
present location of Farking Meter No. 8/17 in the 10 Block of
lst Street, N. SnT., on the West Side of said street.
Section 2. That any person found guilty of parking a motor
vehicle in the above Loading Zone shall be gulty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction shall be fined a sum of not less than Three
($3.00) Dollars nor more than lbuo Hundred ($200.00) Dollars.
Section 3, All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con••
flict herewith are hereby xepealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
December 23, 1968.
